Drinks are meant to be enjoyed. If something arrives damaged, or you're simply not happy, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or with a faulty can, let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll replace the affected items or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Change of Mind

For unopened products, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Age-Restricted Products

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on alcohol that has been opened. Please drink responsibly.
